INSTALLING FLEXIBLE HOSE

  • 1.Befor installing the hose and the hose assembly ,you should check the inner,and make sure they are clean and no stem.And there must not be foreign impurity or small ting in the fittings.Surface defects,espceially the hose fitting mandril’s, would cause a dangerous of leakiness,we should be avoid of using it.
  • 2.It should not be twisted(see illustrations 1);
  • 3.Except itself weight,reduce the additional tension while the hose is working. (see illustrations 2);
  • 4.It is not allowed to install under the bend radius is less than the stipulated minimum bend radius. (see illustrations 3);
  • 5.In the installation,the hose length should be at least in 1.5 times diameters of the hose,or it will become hinged bearing. (see illustrations 4);
  • 6.Do some relevant measure to avoid the damage caused by external equioment. (see illustrations 5);
  • 7.Avoiding addition load to the hose via using suitable fittings or connections. (see illustrations 6);
  • 8.When there is movement or bend on one plane on hose,please do some reasonable installation to avoid its twisting. (see illustrations 7);
  • 9.When put some active components use in hose assembly,the bend radius can not be less than the min bend radius and can not add addition tension during the whole movement. (see illustrations 8);
  • 10.When infibulating hose,can not use the infibulated mode that obstruct the normal movement and change hose length. (see illustrations 9);
  • 11.It should reduce the power caused by the vibrating to minimum,and it is better to be prevent from it.If the hose assembly is connected to the hard component,it should adopt suitable hoop and fit it near to the connection.
  • 12.Be avoiding heat radiation;for example,be not near the exhausting system. The hose can be protected by the thermal-protective coating or adiabatic material.
